This is not a new or fancy property but it worked great for us and I would stay here again. Staff was very helpful.

Nice Place to Stay

I have stayed at Caprice in the past and it has Always been a very nice place, close to many attractions and restaurants. Love the indoor pool and hot tub.

Awesome stay staff was amazing

The staff was amazing we ended up checking in after hours cause our car broke down they were so sweet to make an exception for us everyone was so nice room was very clean the inside pool was great I will be going back there

Owners were great! She called that morning to let me know of problem with the room I had reserved (family room). She then gave me option to cancel room, giving me ideas where to take the kids, OR giving me 2 adjoining rooms. We took adjoining rooms. So happy she called ahead to give us a heads up.

Everything was good for a mini vaca but the reason we got thos hotel was for inside swimming pool and i do understand what happen wasnt thier fault amd tjey where tryimg to fix it but pretty good stay no bed bugs

Dissapointed

grandtr got bed bug bites after staying here only 1 nite. This is a shame. I brought my children here when they were young n had such a nice stay. Totally different now.

Good value for the money.

It was an excellent place to stay. It is an older motel in the heart of Branson. So if you are looking for an updated motel, this isn't it. If you are looking for a comfortable motel in the heart of everything in Branson, then you should consider this one.

Dirty Room

If you are going to stay here, bring your own cleaning supplies and clean the room yourself. Urine on the toilet, coffee spills on the counters, no signs of the room being vacuumed in days. Especially around the edges of the beds. Old dried pizza behind the dresser, at least they changed the beds over....Or did they?. Good thing it was only one night. It served it's purpose, we notified staff when we left and all they said was yeah, sometimes staff needs re- training. Maybe you need better staff who aren't lazy. Cleaning is not rocket science.

Rundown Dump!!

They had no housekeeping staff. No working ice machines except at the office building and we were in building 4 at the bottom of the hill so we had to drive to get ice. No towels had to call for her to bring them. but had to use cell phone because the phone in the room didn't work! We were looking for a inexpensive room for a quick getaway but this was far below anywhere I have ever stayed. Would not recommend to anyone.

The beds were uncomfortable! It was noisy, could hear people in other rooms and outside. However the pool, spa, and jacuzzi were great. The view out our window was great at night. We were supposed to have 2 queen size beds and instead got 2 full size beds. Was disappointed.

Caprice Motor Inn in Branson Mo on 76 Blvd

This Caprice Motor Inn on 76 Strip in Branson Mo is a filthy, cockroaches rundown motel with rude staff. Part of the package we paid for was free wifi and a mini fridge. Upon arrival the guy that checked me in told me that we didn't have those available in our room. I told him that was in the description of what we would have during our stay and his excuse was that we booked it through Expedia so there wasn't anything he could do. I pointed out that the motel was getting my money, and I wanted the room I was promised. He told me there was no refunds and rudely dismissed me. My rooms carpet was ripped in places, cockroaches were running around and the tv was old and you could hardly see the screen. I looked at the pillows covered up by the pillow cases and they were filthy and stained. My sheets were dirty. I would never stay here again. I slept in my clothes and without a pillow and we left early the next morning!! This place needs to be reported for its filth!!

Outdated and Broken

Stayed 3 nights, over Thanksgiving weekend. Would have left the first night if not for the location, already being unpacked, and having a busy itinerary. Walls, floors, and ceilings are thin and non insulated( for sound) and weak/rattling. It literally sounds like people are doing gymnastics in room above. I guess the cheap price attracts hoosiers, because several of the guests around us had kids that were completely wild and out of control, along with neighbors who had people knocking on their door every 10 minutes, for 3-4 hours straight at all hours of the night. Mattresses/box springs were at least 25+ years old ripped, cracked, brown stained. Floor was terrible. Bathroom door latch broke along with door jamb-looked like someone kicked it in. Bathtub had at least 20 cigarette burn marks on the edge. All caulking around tub/floor was old and cracked letting water in and curling linoleum. Hot water lasted maybe 5 minutes. One pillow was a folded in half, in a lump of I don't know what, that they sewed and then zipped a cover over. Fridge inside freezer door was broke off and gone, so anything that was close to it froze. It also rattled every time it cycled on. Trash on floor in bathroom. "Free" Wi-Fi was terrible. Couldn't even connect the signal was so weak. Their "indoor" pool is actually outside in a separate building. So you have a cold walk getting to and from. Heater/AC rattled, vibrated, and was generally noisy, surely due to it's age. Would not recommend again.
