The location of the cottage was great. Nice and quiet in the evening. Just off main shopping areas. Has a free trolley pickup location across the street and was in walking distance of the main downtown shopping area, Branson Landing and the scenic railway. It was the perfect logging option for our vacation!

cottage gem a heartbeat from downtown
We enjoyed our stay. Cottage was a single room but perfect for my son and I to use to recuperate from a day of golfing and sightseeing. We stayed in early March so no need for a pool. We walked to breakfast one morning. You'll have your choice of national chain or locally owned restaurants. The river walk is less than two blocks away, as well.

Comfortable, convenient, quiet location
We were in Branson for a wedding. The location was nice and quiet, away from the hussle bussle, but close enough to get there for all of the activities. We were able to walk to downtown Branson for breakfast and do some shopping. We loved the location, and the size of the property. Being welcomed with cinnamon rolls, and a gift card for BBQ was a nice touch. And the BBQ was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

The place was very clean and checkin and working with the host was great. The room itself was nice but small so not a lot of room to move around. The only disappointment I had was their wifi the signal was poor and it was difficult to stream anything. I suggested they purchase better routers/wifi extenders as this is the only means you have for watching any tv or shows.

We stayed in cottage #4. The cottage was clean and quiet and nobody bothered us. The owners were friendly, ask if we needed anything and if we were enjoying our stay in Branson. Close to Downtown Branson and the Landing. We would definitely stay at the Huff House and Cottages again.

Perfect Getaway Location
This property is spotlessly clean, charming, and affordable. It was well located for catching the bus around Branson and close to food and shopping with easy access to the connecting roads leading to the many restaurants and entertainment sites in the area. It was quiet and during warmer weather there is a pool available.
