Great Little Condo
It's the perfect little spot to stay. Everything was made very nice when we arrived and the place was very clean. Balcony was perfect for the morning to watch the water and birds. Very great location and easy to get to, would recommend for anyone.

Cute and clean
This condo was so cute and cozy! Loved the decor and attention to details. We were greeted with lights on, the electric fireplace going, and music playing. Such a nice touch! Everything was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view of the water was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the fishing boats. We even saw a bald eagle by the water not too far from the condo. Honestly, can’t think of one negative. Would definitely stay again!

The cutest and coziest little retreat
Thank you Ashley for such a cute little place to rest after our Branson adventures. The inside is so wonderfully decorated! Love the sweet little decorations of adorable quotes. Everything is as gorgeous as it is in the pictures. We loved sitting on the little porch in front of Lake Tanycomo, we had no issues with noise disturbances. Literally SO MUCH is within minutes of here. Ashley does have some cooking pots/pans should you decide to cook yourself. Maria Bonita’s at the entrance was SO good! There wasn’t a place we ate at that wasn’t good. We used Walmart and the Price Chopper for any grocery items, again, within minutes of here, AND the Expresso drive through coffee was amazing in the same area as the stores. 10/10 would stay here again!!!

Amazing Stay
This property lived up to it's listing. A bit away from the main strip which for us was great. Clean, comfortable accommodations. We were able to get to where ever we wanted to go with a short drive. Would highly recommend this to anyone coming to the Branson area.

Exceeds expectations
This property is adorable and actually exceeds the pictures and description. If we were pressed to offer a suggestion, it would be to request a handicap bar to hold at the bathtub for us of a certain age ;) We found the property a little hard to find with 2 gps systems, but google maps via internet got us there. For a super cute place to stay with great vibes, make this your choice.

The absolute CUTEST condo, so clean, had the fireplace and Christmas music on for us when we got there, and a bottle of sparkling cider with flutes waiting for us on the bed! It had the cutest little balcony that overlooked the river. We would stay there again and again!

The residence was as described, and the welcome we received was very nice - Christmas carols were playing, the (faux) fireplace was on as were the lights on the beautiful Christmas tree. The space was perfectly appointed and very relaxing; we enjoyed staying there very much. Would highly recommend. Also the neighbors we met were very pleseant and made the visit even nicer.

All the Christmas Magic
Myself and 3 friends stayed here for a 40th bday weekend. We walked in and were instantly surrounded with Christmas! It was so perfect. The tree was on, there were Christmas songs playing and it even smelled like cinnamon! The unit was very clean, we had a great view from the back porch, and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint is that you can hear the neighbors coming and going but quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am and we never had issues during this time frame. Will definitely be booking with Ashley again!

A Wonderful Explosion of Christmas Spirit

My wife has medical condition that requires access at all times to a private bathroom. This was advertised as one and a half bath. It was one bathroom only. It also said lake view though technically correct, however in my mind it was more of a muddy little river. Owner was very nice.

Love the property. Did get a warning from Security stating we didn’t have right to park where we did which was the empty lot next to the subject property. Plus someone flashed lights up at the unit. Other than that, great place to relax!
