The room was full of mosquitos and we found red bugs, which the missus found out were bed bugs. Electric went out all day every day and there was no hot water in the sink. The internet wasn’t posted and when we asked we got given details of one that went off after an hour and then we had to go into the lobby to get the other network details.
Finally a woman knocked on the room loudly and late and woke the kids after a day on the mountains.
About the only good thing was the shower worked even though all the lights were out. Absolutely terrible stay

Beautiful hotel, but they put us in a small adjacent block, not the beautiful main building, which was unexpected and very disappointing. Didn't use any of the facilities as a result. The room was very small and so was the double bed. Unfortunately I would not return...
