We had to walk up thirty stairs to the top room which was claustrophobic and the bed was very high. The toilet system was very loud. My partner couldn’t get into the shower as she is on the large size and struggled with the stairs which did not have a proper banister. We checked out two days early as she couldn’t cope with the stairs and the room and we are awaiting a refund for those two days.

I was visiting Abertawe for one night to see old friends and this was a great place to stay. Perfectly located in the heart of the city and just a short walk away from some great restaurants. The room had a luxury quality to it like the coffee machine and plump bathrobes. My only critique was the curvy headboard wasn’t very comfortable (I move around during the night and kept hitting my head on it!). The staff were lovely when I checked in - taking me and my case direct to my room. Wouldn’t hesitate staying again on my next visit!

Great location in terms of getting across South Wales. For the price you can't go wrong as the rooms are clean and extremely comfy

I am not sure that the area had been hoovered … bed comfortable, clean bedding , kitchen & bathroom were fine. Lots of building working opposite though didn’t affect sleeping.
