Nice Location & Layout

The location is really great for getting anywhere in Brookings quickly. We enjoyed staying in such a nice quiet neighborhood. The home has a nice layout with all the bedrooms towards the back.

The house was very nicely decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Check-in was easy, and check-out was simple. Would definitely stay here again!

Quirky but great

This home was really great for our family of five. It was a great location - close to everything and had all we needed to relax and enjoy Brookings. The layout is interesting but there is plenty of space and the backyard is a big bonus. Check-in was a breeze as well.

Beautiful Brookings!

This home was the perfect location for us on move-in weekend for South Dakota State. The home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable with cozy pillows and plush duvets. We look forward to staying again.

Great Stay!

This was a last minute booking when traveling. It was seemless and smooth to get checked in. Nice central location and able to visit with family in the area in a comfortable setting...ie not a hotel!

We stayed for an event in town. The set up was good for a family, however I would change the art work in what I would consider the "kids" room - two twin beds. We very much enjoyed the comfortable living area and laundry capability for our event.
