Apartments in Brooks for Rent

"Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again."

"Owner just was really great in providing us all the information we would need to have a great time in the area. We took his advice and had some really great experiences. House was very beautiful and comfortable and just had great vibes! Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk at all hours of the day or night and feel safe. Easy drive to mall and to downtown. Owner even had it decorated for the current holiday which was fabulous. "This property was great! Very clean. Great customer service, responded back very quickly to answer my questions! Awesome location. With 4 people, we could have used another comfortable chair. Only seating for 3 in the living space. We also could have used more than 1 kitchen towel. Overall we would stay again for sure! Highly recommend! "

"Our stay was phenomenal!! My friend and I stayed in Louisville for the Louder than Life festival and this spot was absolutely perfect! The space is exactly as advertised, comfortable and spacious. It was super clean. The pool/courtyard area is beautiful! The building in general is so secure, which made the stay so comfortable. We could fully relax without worrying. The location is so prime!! About a block or so away from 4th Street Live, this really cool downtown hang out spot. We went out there...
