"Only stayed for the one night, Room 137 Poor sleep due to the noise coming from the AC Unit outside as it was a very warm night and had to open the window. There was a fan in the room but this wasn't enough to keep cool. Wasn't impressed with a charge that there was a charge to use the pool £7.50 ..."

"Brilliant location and excellent accommodation. Great for children they had a fantastic time and the garden at the front is great for them! Would really recommend, broughty ferry is a lovely place for a relaxed family holiday. Garry was also a great host and great communication. All round 5 stars ..."
