“The property was beautiful, and Sandy was a kind and courteous hostess. My bestie and I had plenty of room and slept like rocks! Would recommend, especially if you plan to book the second bedroom. There wasn’t a guest in that room when we stayed, but having to share the bathroom with strangers could make for tighter quarters than some folks might be looking for. That said - our stay was lovely!”

“This booking was done through Expedia but it was routed through some European travel agency and we were charged in Euro, not USD. The bedding was awful, stains everywhere, headboards were filthy, the fridge was sticky. I requested new bedding that never came. Thank goodness for the Costco next door so we could buy new blankets and pillows. Considering there was a sporting event going on, we couldn't leave and find a better place so we were stuck there. “Very good spot in Indy, a five minute walk to several good restaurants and bars. Near Broadripple and Butler University. Parking on the street and behind the house too. Very hot shower with good water pressure. A large smart TV in the living room. New kitchen appliances. Three bedrooms upstairs too.”

“I think it should be noted that you have to travel through one bedroom to get to the other two bedrooms, which was weird and inconvenient for those of us staying in that room. Other than that it was very nice and we would stay again.”

“We had an excellent stay at this well-appointed and nicely located home in Broad Ripple. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as the Monan Rail Trail. The house, built in 1936, has some squeaks and creaks, adding to its charm. Beautiful deck and fire pit with a big back yard. All four bedrooms were serviceable and the living room and enclosed porch were nice spaces as well. We would recommend and would stay again. Enjoy!”
