“This was a wonderful place to stay. The instructions to get in are the clearest I’ve seen. There were sheets and blanket for the pull-out couch in the closet. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. There were straightforward instructions on checking out. The only thing is the second night there were folks riding up and down mass avenue blasting music. Not the fault of the accommodation at all and they provided ear plugs.”

“Overall the house was nice and comfy. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The decor was very cute. It was close to the venue we were going too, and a ton of shopping areas. The only complaint I have was I was unable to take a bath in the jetted tub because the water turned cold too fast and after trying for 2.5 hours I gave up. Aside from that it was a great place to stay.”

“Very good spot in Indy, a five minute walk to several good restaurants and bars. Near Broadripple and Butler University. Parking on the street and behind the house too. Very hot shower with good water pressure. A large smart TV in the living room. New kitchen appliances. Three bedrooms upstairs too.”

“The check-In process was seamless and the door code lock worked perfectly.The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything promised was delivered. The communication with Heather was fantastic. If had a question she had an answer immediately. The hot tub was perfect for what we needed. When you're 60 and walk around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway our old muscles were in need of help. The hot tub delivered. The Broad Ripple area is really cool. It's hip! Lots of cool shops and great……

“Fully equipped kitchen and great location”

“When we arrived there was a minor issue that needed attention. The host responded right away and addressed it immediately. Very impressed with the response. Great location, close to downtown, breweries, coffee shops, and some great restaurants. Amazing architectural gems nearby in the Butler University area. Highly recommend!”

“You can only sleep 5 adults at the most. The "human dog bed" can only be used for a child. There is 1 King, 1 double, 1 love seat sofa sleeper that can only sleep 1 person. The love seat sofa was terribly uncomfortable so I would recommend to only use for small children. The kitchen is fine if you plan to eat out or bring food in. There is no cutting board or mixing bowls or bakeware so as long as you are not planning to prepare food the kitchen would be fine. The property was……
