“Staff was great. Expedia overbooked the type of room that I selected (double queen), but staff called me in advance and offered me 2 king singles across the hall from each other, which worked out great.”

“Loved the place! Staff is so nice. The property is new so everything was modern and clean. Full- sized fridge and microwave were handy. My only problem is I checked in on a Thursday but no housekeeping during my stay. I checked out on a Monday. I even called. Special shout-out to front desk staff, Walter and Kevin. They were so helpful and nice. ”

“We had to have our sheets changed because they were dirty and the room itself you definitely keep your shoes on. I have to say though that the staff was so so friendly and accommodated the sheet change immediately. ”

“The check-in process was a little stressful. We arrived a few minutes before the 5 PM check-in time and the owner was nowhere to be found. I called a couple of times with no response before we finally found her out and about doing chores. We were able to get her attention to be let into the property. The main living area is available for guest use but has a heavy odor of cats. The rented room and bathroom are clean and the odor is much more tolerable. Once in the room, we were provided the house……

“Fairly new hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. There was an issue inside the room that couldn’t get fixed right away, front desk staffs tried their best to help, eventually front desk manager Jai was able to come up with the solution quickly. I would stay there again because of Jai’s professionalism and her crew. ”

“Check in was easy. The room was really nice, everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There was a nice kitchenette with a stove, microwave and dishwasher with the fridge in the island between the kitchen and living area. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were softer than we like them. Breakfast in the morning was very organized and everything tasted great. Great stay!”

“Arrived very late, around 2am, the reception was very nice and even offfered hot tea as I was coughing. The total experience was very good, excellent service, very clean hotel, have all the amenities avaialble, 24 hours gym .. can't ask for more ..”

“Loved the quality Dove soaps and lotions provided, especially the real hand soap by the sinks instead of a bar. Breakfast was nice. Pool and hot tub were great. The only negative was limited seating during the busy breakfast time made it difficult to get a table.”
