Buckingham Vacations from $937

All was great except the microwave had not been cleaned. The room was updated and clean. The mattresses are new but they are spring mattresses with no pillow top so it was very hard to sleep on. Other than that, great staff, quiet neighborhood, lots of places to eat and shop nearby and walking distance. Great price.

Beautiful place, clean and conveniently located, but severely understaffed--never anyone at the bar, restaurant seemed to always be closed, no housekeeping (stayed 2 nights)...valet was never around (on our first night they had "gone home because of the rain") so we had to cross train tracks on a darkened street to get to their parking lot. Janky elevators (1 of them wouldn't stop on the 2nd floor, the other's call button on the 2nd floor wasn't working). And I'd say not a fan of the "digital check-in process," had still not received our code several hours after responding to the request for our mobile number & email address. Thank goodness someone was actually there at the front desk when we arrived who could help (she said that messages via 3rd party booking sites like Hotels.com--like the multiple ones I sent with our contact info--never come through).

Stayed 3 nights. Great staff, tasty breakfast and beautiful grounds and views. Overall, loved it.

Loved this place. They made accommodations for late check in. Room was clean and the breakfast was awesome. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
