"Beautiful place, with a wonderful and helpful staff. Especially Jurand who was working at the front desk helped us a lot . He was always patient, kind, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable.
In addition, we loved the pool and a hot tub with a great view of Kraków. Breakfast was delicious with many great food choices. "

The hotel gavecearplugs but i didn't actually find it too noisey..there was a humm of people out dinibg & ealking the streets butcall was quiet byvthe time i went to bed. "Very charming campus building and the room had all I needed including a desk. Very good for the price and the city center and the Kazimierz district are both in easy walking distance. We didn't find the entrance for the check-in right away (I didn't understand there was an automatic self-check in machine, so I found someone to help us at the bureau, which they kindly did) and after that it was smooth sailing."
