"The History of this hotel is very interesting. The staff were very welcoming. The hotel was modern on the inside and very clean. "

"We stayed for a wedding- even though the check in fell at a difficult time for the wedding (at the Old Cow Shed) Fran went out of her way to help us get the key, and then gave us a lift to the venue. Room was warm and comfortable with tea, coffee and fresh fruit. Fran also facilitated a late checkout. Couldn’t ask for anything more, and significantly better than the alternative of the travelodge!"

"I stayed one night. The room was clean and well appointed, and the staff were polite and helpful. Parking was easy amd safely off the road. I enjoyed my stay, and would definitely book again if I am in the area."

"The cottage has a open plan, it had a large stunning wood burning stove ,with wood mantelpiece and bricks, Kitchen with a island table with plenty cupboards space , with pots and pans , Dishes glasses, oven, microwave, hob coffee maker ,toaster and a kettle, Kings size bed ,two bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom, dining area They have thought of everything, from cleaning materials to towels hoover and floor mop , place is impeccable very clean , welcome basket with wine and biscuits. The place overlooks the stunning views of the farm land ,you can watch the sunset and sunrise! Nothing is too much for the landlords they go that extra mile, I most certainly recommended this place , you would need a car as it is about 3miles from the town centre. In melton mowbray, "
