“I travel in hotels and short term stays about 15-20 nights a year.... not a jaded road warrior, but not someone with unrealistically high expectations either. The location was exactly as described, and the unit was pretty much as described.... The outside areas were recently renovated, in very good shape in the hallways and balcony. A bit surprised to find an old school drip coffee maker instead of the usual K cup machine, but not an issue. The furniture was functional but worn... Everything...

“It was good but there are some things I want to let you know. We changed the battery of fire alarm as it was beeping. Also we found some cockroaches in the kitchen. ”

“The condo was everything we needed for our Spring Break trip. We enjoyed our ocean view and access to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area was quiet this time of year. We enjoyed walks along the Ft Macon beach and near by excursions to Cape Lookout and other seaside nature reserves. The amenities on property we fun for our kids. ”

“My I came hoping to enjoy the beach without having to even get out of bed, and that is exactly what this condo offers. Enjoy the sound of the surf and broad views of the beach from the master bedroom and living room. Believe them when they tell you the stairs are slippery when wet. And be prepared to sign a contract that offers no refund even in the event of mandatory hurricane eevacuation! Really?!?”
