“My family and I stayed at the Breakwater property to ring in the New Year and had an amazing & relaxing time. The home is new construction and is decorated very nicely. The pool / hot tube area is just a few steps away and is also very well done. The home’s lake location is just a few miles from a grocery store , gas station, and Hemmingway’s restaurant. The property manager was very communicative and we will definitely be back soon!”

“Great location to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Enjoyed a 3 day weekend with my family of four, my sister's family of four and our Mom and Dad. There was enough space for everyone to get a good nights rest. Great location for fishing off the dock and to dock the boat. Glad we brought all our groceries with us and grill. Rain didn't stop us from fishing and cooking outside!”

“The lake house is one of a kind. With decks on each level, we enjoyed sitting outside visiting and enjoying the scenery. The cabin was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked to prepare meals if you choose. The host communicated well and was responsive to any questions we had before and during the visit. “The view overlooking PK lake was fabulous. The house was well stocked with attention to most details of what may be needed. Very clean and well maintained. Host/hostess were extremely accommodating and prompt to respond to any inquiry. There is no real lot/property to do anything outside except for the small pool which is very nice. There is a boat repair business on one side and condos on the other. The marina is a close walk, but no fishing is allowed. We had a very nice stay and rate it...
