Comes with a sunroom (enclosed veranda) and a backyard. Located close to 17th Avenue restaurants and shops and downtown Calgary. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, kettle and pots & pans and dishes and glass ware. Linens and toiletries also provided. Just bring your bags.

**We do require sending a photo of the ID for newly created accounts that don't have reviews/recommendations yet from the other hosts or less than 10 reviews.
***Any signs of smoking of any kind & illicit drugs on the premises: $250/assessed per situation. Please make sure to go outside for any smoking needs. The unit has a decibel meter on the premises which protects our guests from false noise complaints and our neighbors happy! ***Strictly "no parties" allowed and any noise violations past 10:00 pm will result in a $1000 fine and eviction. **For a stay of 20 days and more, we require a mid-stay clean ($200) **Please do not flush any other product apart from the toilet tissue down the toilet. Thank you
