“What a gem this house is for the perfect Cambria get away. Katy was a great host and the house is very comfortable and inviting. Great detail was taken in providing all of the practical items needed, as well as the amenities. Sipping wine at sunset on the huge front porch and watching the deer running by across the street was very special. “I’ve stayed at the Cozy Coop several times now, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The space is comfortable, clean, and incredibly cozy—exactly what I look for. The landlords are absolutely wonderful: kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. “Great stay with out cat. The property is true to their listing. The unit is below another and the floors are thin. You will hear what's happening above, luckily the above guests were respectful of quite hours so we were able to sleep with minimal noises. Would stay here again!”
