“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast.
But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not????
Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“We had a wonderful time in QC! The location of the property was fantastic. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We loved that it was across the street from the marina, which has a fun bar to watch the sunset. Great prices on drinks, too! The only “wish list” was that the lofts had a balcony, since we like to sit outside. If you choose to stay there, don’t panic when you get to the location and there isn’t a sign. The keypad worked with the code and all was well. It was just a little nerve……

“We loved this rental. It was spotless clean, the beds were comfy, the air conditioning was good, and it was like brand new. A really spacious two floor space with bedrooms separated by floor and bunk beds in an open “loft like” space on the 2nd floor. The mountain during the summer was less busy and wonderfully quiet. “The apartment is just as described. A local grocery store is a short walk away and has everything you need. Fantastic restaurants are a few bocks down on the left and Old Quebec is a 15 minute walk. Our host was very kind to give us many recommendations for both activities and dining. We will return!”

“This place is in an ideal location. It is on the quieter end of the beach, which is great. It is about a half mile walk to get to the attractions and pier which is perfect. Also about 50 yards to the sand. The privacy of three bedrooms was nice, and also a small living area to watch TV and eat. Nothing fancy, but a good place to stay.”

“My family loved the condo during our stay in Boston. The owner was very fast in responding to my questions, and the condo was well-appointed with soap and shower items, ample towels, and kitchen necessities. We got a lot of steps in each day, and the condo is within a five-minute walk from a subway station, microbrewery, doughnut/ pizza shop, and multiple restaurants. We had a great overall experience! ”

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking !
We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep!
Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
