Internet is extremely fast and the water was fine once it had been run a little while (as the host mentions). Be aware that the second queen is not in a bedroom - no door/privacy from downstairs and is walk-through to the main bedroom. Kitchen is also not stocked for any meaningful cooking."

"This locations is great! My wife and I stayed to view the eclipse, but aside from that, there is plenty to do in the area. From wineries to hiking, and even an alpaca farm! If you're staying in the colder months I'd highly recommend bringing a comforter. It can get pretty cold at night, though propane heaters are provided.
