“Exactly what we needed! Beautiful, clean and organized inside, calm, peaceful and secluded outside. Would definitely love to stay again. No issues, no worries, close to the lake and boat launch. Close enough to towns and restaurants but secluded enough that the only sounds you hear are nature. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the place!”

“Very happy with our stay in the Safari cabin! Clean, comfortable, well equipped for our needs, great location. To make this Safari weekend complete, we were visited by a buck, doe and fawns who wandered around the lawn and fields, munching and playing. We can’t add much more than what is already in other reviews - a great cabin for access to everything in the area!”

“This is our fourth stay on Dave’s properties. We just love the quiet unplugged weekend. Dave is wonderful and always responsive. He is quite crafted at providing unique ways to keep you in lights and chargers!”

“Place was amazing! The check in process was so smooth. Able to meet the host and he was extremely accommodating. The cabin was super clean and looked exactly like the photos. Bathrooms and showers on the property were very clean as well. The property grounds were very well kept and the lights at night made the experience even better. Cannot wait to book again! 1000/10”

“This little cabin on the canal was the nicest we’ve stayed in the FLX. Everything was clean and fresh. Although small, they thought of everything you may need including extra towels and blankets, kitchen supplies, games, even makings for S’mores! The screened in porch was delightful both early morning and evening.Proximity to Geneva, Seneca park and wineries is great. Mike left a personal note for us with recommendations for eating and sightseeing. A very nice touch! Great place for weekend...

“Beautiful cabin in a great setting, close to all the attractions we were intrested in. Farm market, lakes, state parks for hikes, wineries, restaurants for dinner and ice cream shop for dessert. Had the best time. The hosts were great, welcomed us with a gift of wine and communication was great via text for questions. Cabin had everything you could possibly need and more. A”

“Dave has a great secluded get away property! The property was stocked with wood for fires, making it perfect for an evening to have drinks and make smores. It is close to many local wineries, making wine tastings even friendlier! The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. If you are looking to glamp but still have the rustic feel of no electric this is the place! This is a creative way to get people out and in tune with nature. ”

“Overall wonderful stay. A little far from restaurants but well equipped for cooking your favorites. Beautiful natural setting. We saw deer wild turkeys toads frogs turtles and chipmunks. Lots of fun things for families to do, or plenty of peace and quiet. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. ”
