"The only downside to this hotel is that it's such a nice place with a great staff, lovely garden, beautiful swimming pool and much more. My concern is that it will be SO popular that us little people will never get a room there again! 😳🤔😄😆 A great hotel. Super wonderful staff. I'd encourage them to.expand their TV channel selection though. We would absolutely stay there again. 🙏"

"Our stay as a couple was excellent. There were only a couple of minor things that we found not good was that there were no where reachable to hang your bath towels, there was no soap dish in the bathroom and also there were no places to hang up dresses and longer items of clothing. Other than those few things everything was fantastic - 100%. The food was superb. We definitely would recommend this hotel and we would stay here again. "

"Only stayed for one night due to our flight being cancelled but what an excellent hotel this is. Easy check in greeted with a Prosecco, reception staff welcoming friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and wow what a view. Was booked in for breakfast and lots of choice and the food was fresh warm and tasty. Cannot really fault this hotel."

"My wife, our 2-year-old daughter, and I had a wonderful stay at a 5-bedroom villa in northern Tenerife. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat. Stylishly decorated rooms and outdoor spaces provided stunning views and relaxation. The layout worked well, with morning sun at the back and evening sun around the pool.The heated outdoor pool (20/day) was a highlight, warming up at about 3 degrees per day. It added a relaxing touch, and our little one loved playing in it, making it a special part of our routine. The villa’s location was peaceful and picturesque, with lovely walks and hills nearby, ideal for relaxation—not a spot for nightlife.Having a hire car is essential to explore the island’s beauty, particularly the National Parks in the North. The villa is conveniently located just 30 minutes from key destinations, with a supermarket 5-10 minutes away for all essentials.The hosts were exceptional, welcoming us warmly and making us feel at home. Their attentiveness, including helping us order pizza on the first night, added to the charm. I would highly recommend this villa for a peaceful, memorable getaway in Tenerife. The combination of a stunning property and thoughtful hosts made our stay unforgettable, and we look forward to returning someday!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Puerto Resort. The rooms may be a bit old-fashioned, but they were clean and well-maintained. I noticed that they were refurbishing the fifth floor, which suggests that they have plans to update the decor in the future. If you'd like, you can request daily cleaning and towel changes. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of room, a large wardrobe, and a generous terrace. The food was excellent, offering a variety of options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. There was always something new to try. The drinks were also great. The swimming pool area was not crowded, perhaps due to the time of year, and the indoor pool and gym were similarly peaceful. You can use the gym and join water fitness classes, as long as you sign up in advance – and these are all free of charge. The resort consists of three hotels, and meals are served at two of them. This was not an issue for us, and we appreciated the ability to use the facilities at all three hotels. You don’t have to stay at a specific hotel to enjoy a drink; you can visit any of the other hotels. The resort is conveniently located near shops and offers beautiful views of the ocean. They also organize evening entertainment after 9 PM, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and have no complaints.
