“Overall good, close to beach, with in walking distance to DT, cozy place. Inside could use a better couch, mattress and there are apts close by both visual and sound with remodeling being done. Saws, hammering and workers arrived early every morning. Looks like they have another month or more of work to be done. Definitely a consideration. ”

“The location is great with downtown restaurants, shops and local grocery within walking distance. The beach is also just a few steps away. If you have a pet and you don’t mind small spaces, this is the place for you. If you have allergies and require more room and if you are a light sleeper, it is not.
