Castello di Pollenzo Tours

This is a well located property. Very nice location close to the old city and all the wonderful food and prime places to see. I would love to give a 5 star rating but in honesty this is not a four star property. We were disappointed with the room, the bed and pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast was just not that good much to our disappointment. In the city with delicious cappuccino, they were horrible here. Not even a whiff off salmon to be found. A serious phone call requesting assistance for help to the front desk was met with a sorry we can't help you. Just not ready for prime time. I will look elsewhere on my next trip to Genoa.

Beautiful hotel, staff was friendly, helpful. Rooms were nice and clean . The gym is small only one treadmill and one exercise bike . Had to wait to use the gym otherwise everything was great

Beautiful hotel! The staff was so friendly and welcoming they gave us some great advice on where to eat and what to see!!
