The exteriors were well maintained, the room in the other hand, poorly maintained. Also not having internet in the property in this era somehow inconvenience.

Out of five catamarans only two were in sailing condition. The pool table sags in the center. The air hockey table doesn’t work. There was no ball for fuss ball table. Despite being an all-inclusive resort, tip jars were everywhere. We were unable to get reservations at any à la carte restaurant all week; this is done via app. The buildings need cleaning and renovations.
The beach is superb. The room was quiet except one night when neighbors were speaking loudly after midnight. The trapeze show was stunning. The buffet food was excellent. The staff was friendly. Checking in and out was easy.
This was my third stay at Viva Fortuna. I will return if they update facilities and equipment.
