During our stay, we encountered an issue with the shower door not closing properly, which caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor. We used all available towels to prevent a puddle from forming. I informed the front desk and requested an additional bathroom mat, and was assured that one would be sent to our room. However, when we returned approximately eight hours later, the item had not been delivered. I attempted to contact the front desk multiple times by phone but received no response. Ultimately, we had to use our bath towels to dry the floor.
