"This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. "Tired property. Air con smelly. General grounds around the resort are dirty. Floors look like they need a good jet wash. Ate breakfast once during our stay as part of the ‘all inclusive’ ate out every other meal. Food was edible but nothing special. Felt a bit like being back in primary school with the standard and slop they serve. "

"The hotel and experience from start to finish was 10/10. We ate most of our meals at the hotel because it was soo good! The staff couldnt do enough for you and everyone is so friendly. We loved that we could get fresh pool towels daily and that we were served at our sunbeds all day! We were even given access to the thermal journery in the spa for free and it was such a lovely and spacious spa, highly recommend using it. Even though the hotel clearly has lots of guests, it never felt full due to how big the hotel is and theres so many different areas to relax. "
