"Our family stayed here to celebrate my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful visit! The hot tub, fire pit, and deck were big hits with our group. There was plenty of room for our large group to spread out and we thought the location was great. I highly recommend this property! "
"This lodge, built in 1920, has a beautiful main lodge with a restaurant, bar, and gift shop. It is grand like a mountain lodge should be. There are several cabins to stay in, and they come in all sizes. It looks over two beautiful lakes. The staff is wonderful. They were all polite and professional. I look forward to staying there again."
"A truly beautiful home with lots of room for everyone to have their own private space. Two nice living areas to watch a movie downstairs and the kids can be upstairs watching a movie or playing games. Cozy and comfortable. The rooms are all nice sized and the two bathrooms have double sinks. Close enough yet far enough away from Grand Lake. Quiet location. "

"Absolutely loved this cabin! The view was amazing and the location was perfect. 5min into town was very convenient. All the rooms were very clean. We saw deer, several different birds including several hummingbirds, and a handful of well behaved chipmunks! The property owners had great communication and were lovely to speak to! Highly recommend!"
"This property is a mixed bag. First, it was VERY clean and the guys at the front desk were pleasant. The location at the top end of the main drag puts it in easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. This is a very basic room, painted off white, no decorations except the shower curtain and a couple of mirrors. The only furniture in the room, other than the beds had three drawers, one of which was falling out of the unit, and room for a smaller TV (the TV in the room was too big to fit inside, so it sat on top). There is no closet, but rather a small shelf set in the corner with a clothes rod, which would have been sufficient for our three night stay, but one of the top anchors had pulled out of the wall, leaving the shelf hanging precariously. Finally, we found the mattresses too soft and aged. My smaller wife found herself pulled into my gravity well, and we both had to stretch out kinks each morning. Assuming the damage in this room is a one-off, I would stay here again at the right price, but I don't know that I'd pay $200 per night again."

"All I can say is WOW! We basically had a family reunion with 16 people from two different states, and this property was perfect. With a full house, there was plenty of space and it never felt like we were on top of each other. There are kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, dock access, yard games, a theater room... this house has it ALL. Larry was a wonderful host and was available via text or phone call to help us if we had any questions. There is a lot of technology in the house, so I recommend reading through the house guide upon arrival. The ability to play music throughout the entire house was a special plus!! We will definitely look to do our next large family reunion back here if possible!!"

"This property is in the heart of everything and a great layout for a week vacation. Minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park, Golfing, restaurants in town, etc. We loved it and would stay again. I sent a few messages through "Contact the Host" in the VRBO app. They were unanswered, which was odd. Turns out they sent an email with the contact person for the property from a non-VRBO company. It went to junk mail so we never got our questions answered. Also the grill and coffee maker were not cleaned from the previous guest. We'd definitely stay there again though. "

"Absolutely Amazing!!! We LOVED your property! It was the perfect place for us to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. We visited the park almost every day and saw TONS of wildlife. We hiked a whole bunch of different trails and drove up to the Alpine Visitors Center. Best views in my opinion!!"

"The cabin is clean and orderly. It was very easy to find what we were looking for. The location is convenient, just a 10 min drive into Grand Lake and about 15 minutes to entrance of RMNP. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We even got to see a mother and baby moose right before we left! Scott was super helpful and promptly responded to our questions. We highly recommend this property! "

"The home was decorated so cozy and fitting for the area. The number of bedrooms worked out perfectly for our group. Large open living, dining, kitchen area with massive windows, and stone fireplace leading to a large deck that overlooks the fire pit, a wooded area and the mountains as a backdrop in the distance. We saw deer roam through the yard early morning, and the large deck was the perfect spot for an early morning cup of coffee, an evening of grilling and al fresco dining. The location is approximately 5 minutes to the Rocky National Park southwest entrance, 5 minutes to the quaint, little town of Grand Lake that looked like a Hallmark movie setting (would love to see it at Christmas), driving distance to Breckenridge, and Estes Park on the other side of the mountain. We saw a moose (a first for our group) and lots of elk throughout the park. The host was friendly and accessible. Highly recommend this vacation rental!"

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lakeside cabin! The location is absolutely stunning—waking up to the peaceful views of the lake each morning was a real treat. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable getaway. We especially loved spending time on the deck, grilling, and making s’mores by the fire pit in the evenings.The owner was wonderful—very responsive and thoughtful, with great recommendations for local activities. Our kids also had a blast. It was the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and make lasting family memories.We can’t recommend this cabin highly enough and hope to return again soon!"

"This cabin was more than what we expected with its surroundings. It was snuggled in a group of cabins on a hilltop but with plenty of space between. The views of the lake were gorgeous from the deck of the cabin. We were not disappointed. Inside was cozy and the bed was so comfortable. There is no fireplace so I would suggest to the owners to move the little fake fireplace out of one of the bedrooms and put in the living area to enjoy while relaxing in front of the TV. A big thumbs up for this stay. Grand Lake is beautiful!! "
