The room was compact but spotless and well-organised, with a comfy single bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, and a side cabinet stocked with tea, coffee, and biscuits—such a thoughtful touch. It had been a long time since I’d slept in a single bed, but it was surprisingly comfortable and perfect for a good night’s rest. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend it to other travellers looking for a clean, cosy spot with all the essentials.

Pod coffee maker was a nice touch and to make a change the TV was of a good size to be able to sit up in bed and watch! Breakfast options were so varied and it was all made freshly. Downsides - there was no USB ports in the plug sockets - i luckily had a power bank with me to charge a phone. The toast for breakfast was dry despite butter. "

"Fantastic location. Restaurant and bar very good. Breakfast buffet very good. Bridge view room was brilliant with an amazing panoramic view of Tower Bridge, River Thames and surrounding areas.
Only downside was the bathroom in need of an update.

"The hotel is located in a lovely area that is close to numerous great attractions and dining options- including the Lamprey restaurant in the hotel, which was great! It seemed like a very safe and peaceful area and the hotel is a short walk from the tower hill tube station, so it was really easy to get to other places from there. The hotel itself is quite nice- clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend it to others and I would definitely stay there again myself. Great experience overall! "
