Apparently the room was not cleaned from the last people who used it. There was a cup with water left in the coffee maker where someone was going to make coffee, I found long blond hairs in our bed ( my hair is black and short and my husband's is to). The mattress was horrible to sleep on, it felt as if you were sleeping on nothing but the springs. There was no stopper for the sink or the tub. The small refrigerator was barely cool. And there waa something that kept biting us i. The bed. Hotel front staff was very friendly. Provided a breakfast brown bag every morning , which was a good idea during COVID. WiFi signal was not good, maybe because of the mountains area. My T-mobile cell phone was not working well too. We received no maid service and had to chase down a maid to get clean towels. I rarely am able to relax and sleep well at a hotel. I know they've had trouble with staff people don't want to work since covid. If you do get a room that's not to your satisfaction just ask for another room.
