This hotel has an excellent location. It’s at walking distance from the main touristic attractions in the downtown.

Probably the only time in Mexico that I have experienced such horrific staff. Receptionist can't smile at all and the guy in the breakfast was even more scary than the scary breakfast. Absolutely no cleanness on restaurant plates nor silverware.

Hotel is ok. It is clean and near downtown and historic buildings. Beds are super hard and parking is super bad.

Acudí a un congreso en la universidad y en general dormir fue difícil, hay mucho ruido. La primera noche no pude apagar la TV y pedí ayuda, me dijeron que iba el técnico y no llegó, me quedé dormida. La siguiente muy amable el personal me llevaron un control para apagarla. Me hubiera gustado una habitación donde tuviera balcón con vista a la cd, ya que no la conocía o una más al fondo para descansar mejor porque me quedó lejos de la sede. En general estuvo acogedor y fue una estancia pacífica, muy atentos las personas del turno nocturno. Me gustó la ubicación, el centro está bien cerquita.
