“room was exactly as pictured. Room was quite cold until a couple hours in until the small space heater started to make a change. Hard to navigate where the unit is in the winter since it is dark by 5pm. Needs a more descriptive check in instructions for the sake of checking in when it is night time. Friendly farm cats that greeted me upon arrival. peaceful in the daytime.”

“Owner was very responsive and accommodated an earlier check in which was appreciated. Check in was straight forward. House was clean and tidy, spacious with a garden that the kids enjoyed and comfy beds.Shower pressure was weak but overall we enjoyed the house and would recommend. Great location to enjoy the full range of the monterey Bay Area as well as local shops, although the house is well stocked with amenities ”

“Mom and I had a great time on her bday getaway. The guest house is super cute and we enjoyed the different views every night. From the fog rolling in to a big starry canopy, we built a fire both nights and watched Antiques Roadshow with yummy dinner finds from Jerome’s in town. The drive is a wind-y one but you truly get the feeling of being on top of the world. Very quiet neighborhood - the other rental was empty so we had the place to ourselves. It would be fun to rent the larger property and……
