“Great place to stay. Could not have asked for a better location. Park and shoreline trail right across the street. Easy 15 minute walk to the aquarium. Plenty of onstreet parking spaces (though we were only there mid-week). Host was friendly and helpful. ”

“Banyan really is in the perfect spot. It is an upscale, well stocked condo. While it is in the downtown area, it is very quiet and comfortable. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and a market across the street. We plan to come back soon!”

“Modern, clean, great location. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and bedding.Few items to note for future guests: 1. No toaster oven 2. Not many small kitchen items, such as salt/pepper, ziploc bags/wrap/aluminum foil; 3. No TV in either of the bedrooms 4. Could use one more sitting area/couch.”

“We had the best stay at this condo! The location was perfect for me as I stayed here to run the Big Sur marathon. Beaches, the wharf, everything was only about 15 min from there. The property owner was extremely communicative with us and let us know everything we needed to in advance, and even gave great suggestions of things to do! They left some ice, snacks, and water for us, and even a sweet good luck note for my race! Would 1000% stay here again! Definitely check this place out!”

“My wife and I spent a little over a month at this very nice, three story condo on Monterey Bay. Our daughter’s family of four, plus a small dog, also joined us for a long weekend. The property is located adjacent to a beautiful, long beach and is also close to the Monterey bike/walking path. It is an easy walk (or short drive) to many restaurants and activities. “was really nice get away for me and my spouse we arrived late the first night and the fire alarm battery was low we contacted them and they responded immediately which was really nice considering how late it was. i just felt awkward walking beside the main house because i think we scared the people staying in there since it was so late and they had all of the blinds open”

“The place was beautiful, although I didn’t realize it was not supposed to have dogs. So I had to leave my dog at my sister’s and I ended up staying with her a lot didn’t get to stay at the apartment as much as I wanted to, but it was a beautiful place and I would recommend it as long as you don’t have a pet.”

“Very nice property that had very nice finishes. View from main floor was lovely, but the view from the second floor master was awe inspiring. Very quiet, close to the beach and beach walk. Well supplied with everything we needed. Loved hearing the surf as we fell asleep. Kids and grandkids absolutely loved the pool because it was so warm. Close to attractions and shopping. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.”

“We stayed at the condo for over 8 weeks in the winter. It is located in a forest so it's very quiet and peaceful. The unit was clean with a well appointed kitchen. There was an initial supply of the essentials upon check in and the kitchen has a good supply of cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and towels were plush. It is a very quiet building and the neighbors are friendly. It is very hilly so you need to be able to be somewhat fit if you want to go for a walk in the neighborhood or...

“I'm enjoying my long stay in the condo with a view of the ocean. pretty quiet and close drive to the clinics in which I work. close to walking/biking path, the wharf, aquarium, Monterey sports center, Starbucks, captain stoker's and dust bowl brewery. All walkable - approximately a mile or less, except the aquarium might be 2 miles. great location.”

“All good except booking listing showed a 2nd floor unit and the unit was actually ground level. Wifi trouble at first but quickly solved by owner. Lovely big pool and hot tub. Grounds very nice. Beach was good. Quiet when we stayed 10-12 May 24. I'd certainly return.”
