"The property has a lovely pool and surroundings, nice ambience, family atmosphere. We had a lovely room, spacious. Unfortunately breakfast with an allergy was forgotton. Suggest the fridge be upgraded so it keeps drinks cold in summer as really not adequate. Please when contact is needed it would be useful to have a contact number to ring when no one is around. "

"An unscheduled stay. Right in the heart of old town. Maria and the staff were immediately accommodating and helpful. An older hotel in the old town as expected. But a surprising highlight of our trip. "
"I cannot recommend this place enough. It is rustic in location, but modern in amenities. Checkin was fast and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful in getting tickets and accomodations set. The location was easy to walk around in, though we are in shape and younger. I was concerned at the quality we might get because the price was so low, but wow. This place made the experience so much better in Orvieto."

Great location right in the heart of Orvieto, access to everywhere, and wonderful service from our host, Francesco, who expertly navigated a few early hiccups to make our stay there just perfect. He even hand delivered my power adapter that I forgot in the room when we checked out!

"What a great hotel at a perfect location!! It’s close to Duomo, very easy to get from Orvieto train station by funicular and bus A to Duomo.
I got a room at a separate building from the main building, so it was very quiet and the room is so spacious, clean and comfortable.
There are so many shops, restaurants, cafes, gelateria around the hotel. Highly recommend it!!"
"What can i say? This is a superb place to stay! We arrived after navigating Centro and xaught a staff member entering the property...she helped get our car to the on-site parking!!!!
Service was wonderful, the place was clean as can be, and location is excellent. Inclyded breskfast was good, too. Can walk to everything Centro! I can't recommend highly enough!!!! "
