"The host Robert was so responsive and any questions we asked he was quick to respond and was so accommodating. The house is set up perfectly. The kitchen had all of the utensils and items and even additional things that we wouldn’t have expected. The beds were super comfortable And having the two full baths was awesome for our family. The view from the deck was gorgeous on the river and it was centrally located between Clayton and Alex Bay. I would highly recommend this house for a rental for a family or for just some friends. I hope to be back soon"

"Fisherman’s GetawaySpacious clean living area. 3 bunk rooms and 2 rooms with queen beds upstairs and 2 rooms with queen beds downstairs. Large closets in all but one bedroom. Bedrooms do not have dressers. Downstairs bath is shower only and that bath shares laundry. Upstairs bath has tub and has door to hall and bedroom. Kitchen has 2 refrigerators. Upstairs living area has large TV and all bedrooms have tvs. Enclosed upstairs porch. Plenty of room. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. There are some incidental repairs needed, but nothing that interfered with our stay. We told them about those. We would stay again."

Very clean, homely and had everything that you would need and more (including things that you may have forgotten).Full instructions on how to use things were included. Although at this point there is no WiFi, Kevin immediately responded to text messages and facilitated access from his own, at his house. Easy to find, great location and a definite place to revisit. Thank you Kevin for making us so welcome. "

"This is a quaint older home in an excellent location in Clayton. You can actually see the Antique Boat Museum from the front yard. Off street parking. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Home had everything essential we needed for our 4 day stay. Appreciated laundry, 2 bedrooms, cleanliness, tissues, chairs in bedrooms, comfy sheets, etc etc. Pet friendly ! "
