"We were in town for a graduation, could easily walk to the Convention Center and avoided all of the traffic. Centrally located, easy access to restaurants and anything else that we needed. Communication with host was great, We plan on staying here again."

"The property was great and pretty good sizefor the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 boys). The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. Fortunately, the neighbors were friendly and helped us figure it out. As for the washing...
