"The staff there, Jasper, who helped us during our one night stay there, was very good. We had to drop our bags there a day before our actual check-in date due to our travel schedule. He only met us very briefly that time (less than 10 mins). On our actual check-in date the next day, we got there very late in the evening (around 11:30pm), and he still remembered us, made sure we got our stuff and everything we needed, made sure we were gonna be comfortable on our short stay, and made sure that we are able to catch the shuttle early in the morning the next day. The fact that he remembered us even with just less than 10 mins of interaction is amazing. Honestly, I would go back to this hotel just because of him and how he treated us during our stay. Go to him if you’re staying at this hotel, because he’s going to make sure that you’ll enjoy your stay. "

"We were disappointed as we did not get a room with bathtubs after being told 2 hours earlier that we had one. On the upside, the check in clerk was excellent and informative. The shuttle was out of order but the hotel was paying for taxi to airport. They check in clerk made the call and taxi was there at 7 am. The hotel’s breakfast was great. Overall a great experience "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The buffet breakfast was great with enough choices for a full filling breakfast. The only problem we had was that the pillows were too soft even when we stacked four pillows together they still did not provide the firmness that I wanted. The staff were friendly and apologized for the pillows- hopefully there will be some firm pillows for our next stay. "
