The complex has a heated pool, tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and grilling area for your use. Come enjoy the surf, sand, fishing and great experiences!

Perfect location and very clean
The condo was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need. The beach equipment supplied made the day at the beach perfect!!! Check in was easy we had no issues with anything. I would definitely stay again!!

Great spot and great communication
The condo is exactly as described and the location couldn’t be better… facilities in community are well kept and updates are being done. Although the roof on the building was being replaced when we were there, we had no issues with parking, sitting on the porch and accessing beach from the back door. Owners let us know before arriving and we’re great with clear communication of this occurrence as well as expectations for the rental. My teenage nieces loved the freedom to come and go as did my sister and I as it gave us the ability to stay as long as we wanted to at the beach. Beautiful sand, almost private beach while we were there… great spot! Highly recommend! Thank you Russell and Vivian!

We stayed for one week before heading to Universal, the place was great and perfect access to the Beach. The pier was a little too far to walk for my daughter but the distance also meant no crowds near us so a calm beach on our end

This condo is everything you need for a great vacation! The condo is fully stocked to suite all your needs and more, great location and the beach is beautiful!! Our favorite restaurant was Florida seafood and found a great local bar, Johnathan’s pub! We would stay here anytime! Thanks for the memories!

Great location easy walk to the beach
The property owners were very responsive and took care of any concerns quickly to allow us to get right back to relaxing on vacation. So close to the beach, it was wonderful to be able to be so close for early morning or late night walks on the beach.

Great Condo for a Great Price
We stayed here for a week with our three children (9, 9, and 3.) Condo was spacious and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The condo is beachfront although you cannot see the beach from the condo due to overgrown grasses / plants. You can walk to the beach within 30 seconds which was very convenient. The condo included beach chairs, a wagon, beach toys, and towels. The community pool was a short walk away and was very clean and often not crowded. Several restaurants within a few minutes as well as a dollar tree, grocery store, and tourist shops. Overall, we’d stay here again if we visit. The hosts were nice and quick to respond. My only complaint would be the front desk help at the condo. We had to stop in to pick up our parking pass and the man at the front desk was so extremely rude. He told us he didn’t know what we were asking for and that he wasn’t notified we were renting the condo for the week. We offered to provide the hosts telephone number to confirm our stay which he replied “he was too busy to do that.” He finally just gave us a parking pass and we were on our way but that was a frustrating start to our trip.

12-Year Old Grandchild Trip
Our stay was delightful overall. The property was as listed with direct beach access. The beach was gorgeous. Information provided by the owners on places to eat and things to do was very helpful. The only negatives were no bar soap for showering, patio door blinds that were falling apart, and a light over the dining area table that required a remote to turn on - it took us a week to realize that a remote was needed, and that it was located in a hutch drawer. Also, three remotes were available for the TV but no instructions which made accessing the programming available (which was extensive) difficult. Otherwise it would have been nice if a few board games had been available. I must reiterate we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone.

The condo was just the perfect size for the three of us and worked well. The condo unit itself was clean and well kept however the building it resides in is not. The outside of the building is run down with multiple missing shingles and in much need of some upkeep. The view of the building from the beach is an something of an eyesore. As a condo owner/renter you might want to contact the landlord/building owner. The surrounding area is ok with many things to do and good places to eat.

Great Oceanfront Condo!
The condo was perfect for our stay in Cocoa Beach. Great location and access to the beach. The unit had everything you would need from a stocked kitchen of appliances, silverware, utensils etc. to beach towels and chairs. The two bedrooms and futon provided plenty of room for people to sleep. The owners were great to communicate with and made the process of staying at the condo very easy. The only thing that needed attention was that the bath mats needed cleaning or to be replaced and floors mopped. All in all this is a wonderful condo, with a great location and everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend the condo.

Great location and fabulous stay
First, this location is perfect in a quiet area on the beach, first floor with easy access from parking, and easy walk to get food and groceries. Secondly, the owner made the stay great. He was easy to communicate with a very helpful. Next, the unit allowed us to get to the beach, watch a rocket launch, see plenty of sunrises, and walk to the pool. There is plenty to do. Finally the unit was as advertised with comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen tools, and was very clean. Thanks for a great vacation.

My sister and I stayed a week in the beach condo and couldn’t have been happier with the location and comfort of the condo. Nicely decorated, well-maintained, everything we needed was supplied, beach towels, chairs, etc. kitchen was well-appointed. Nice amenities - pool, bocce, shuffleboard, even has a pickleball court!

Convenient on the Beach Condo
Condo was spacious and perfect for 2 couples. The updated kitchen provided all the necessities for preparing and eating our meals. The location was quiet and provided easy access to the beach. The tankless hot water ensured there was plenty of hot water for 4 adults getting ready in rapid succession. We plan to stay here on our next trip to Cocoa Beach!

Beach Front condo!
This property was great!! You are literally a matter of seconds for your feet to be in the sand. A short walk to the community pool and next to restaurants and shopping centers. The owners are quick to reply to any questions you have and are very helpful. The unit has a washer but no dryer. The laundry facility is a few steps away to dry and they have a convenient laundry basket with wheels. The dryer is $1.50 in quarters, so bring quarters! Also the laundry facility closes at 10pm. Overall We really enjoyed our stay and cant wait to visit again!
