"The house was in superb condition, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and well appointed. Would highly recommend to any family or group planning to ski Purgatory. Make sure you have a 4WD vehicle in winter, as the road to access the house can be snowy/icy. We did see three pickup trucks from Texas stuck in the ditch having slid off the side of the road."

"Fantastic Views inside and out, tranquility, clean and spacious, hiking, biking, fishing , bars and grills. This is the place to be to escape the heat, not to mention the proximity to Purgatory for all winter activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as did our four legged friends. Yes, this is in Gold Country, but the Gold Mine is right here. Thank you Sean."
