We recently stayed at Sky Ute Casino Resort after a 3.5-hour drive. Upon arrival, my wife went in to ask about parking and was completely misdirected by a front desk employee, who told us we couldn't park in the hotel lot and had to park at the bowling alley. This forced us to walk nearly a quarter-mile through the bowling alley and casino floor with our luggage just to get to our room, which was exhausting after a long drive. Once we spoke with senior management, they immediately clarified that the information we were given was entirely wrong and graciously comped our meal to make up for the hassle. While the initial frustration kept us from leaving a full 5-star rating, the recovery and care we received from the rest of the staff were exceptional. The dinner at Seven Rivers was excellent, and several employees went above and beyond to take incredible care of us: Nicole (Manager), Joseph (Manager), Sara (Restaurant Staff), and Carol (our server at Seven Rivers). Their professionalism, respect, and warm hospitality made our stay memorable. We truly appreciate how management handled the situation!
