We have stayed here multiple times and never been disappointed. The family who runs this hotel is so nice. We actually booked it this time for my mother-in-law after her house was damaged by storms and needed an affordable place to stay until she could get back in her home. The staff went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed. Will definitely stay here again the next time we need a hotel in Columbus.

Nice staff. Kind of confusing to get too. Had to go through other parking lots to get there. Ample parking. Room had blood or some stain on the wall in the bathroom and a few stains on the carpet otherwise very clean and bed was comfortable.

Check in was easy and the front desk was nice. Two reasons I am giving this hotel a 4 instead of 5 stars is: 1) There was maintenance going on right outside of my window (I was on the second floor) and the worker could see straight into my room and was singing along to music loudly. 2) When people were walking on the floor above your room, you heard not only their footsteps, but it sounded like the whole floor was creaking. Otherwise, no issues.

We had 3 rooms. One room was musty smelling and had ants, but other 2 rooms were clean. Breakfast was average. Location was good, close to shops and not far from OSU stadium. I tried to use dryer but it took my money and didn’t work and thought it was pricey ( $4.00 just for dryer) Couldn’t get my money back right away, they had to credit it on my checkout.
