“Amnicon was great! They think of everything to make your stay perfect. Sunset was so cute and absolutely perfect for a weekend away. Even though there were other people staying on the property I felt secluded and as if I had the place to myself. I highly recommend Amnicon and look forward to coming back again in the future.”

“It was exactly as described. We wanted a camping experience but with the comfort of a bed. It is a walk to the beach/lake like it states. The Porcupine trail to the beach is shorter but not maintained. (Wear long pants & good shoes.) We did see 1 bear during our stay on the Lake Trail, so be aware! We stayed at Solitude which is down a slope so just make sure you have no physical limitations with incline/declines. Showers are in the main lodge. Always had hot water and never a wait for the...

“Clean modern cabin with all the little things you need. The kitchen area has enough appliances to make meals, and there is a vacuum and fan in the living area. The peace and quiet was amazing and took a little time for this city girl to get used to. I ran into deer just hanging out on the trail to my cabin. I will recommend to anyone who wants to go about 50% rustic, with a cabin with electricity, but can live without full plumbing.”

“We have stayed here once previously and really enjoyed the last time and this time. My daughter lives about 7 miles down Highway B. It is very convenient to drive to her house to visit her. We loved the clean cabin and its cozy atmosphere. Our host Colin contacted us through the VRBO website to make sure we had everything we needed. We also took our little dog Brody along as well. “Had a wounderful stay! Loved sitting out in the chairs and playing cribbage and just relaxing. Great location to walk or ride downtown. loved hitting the hayward and cable mtn bike trails. One little hiccup with a blanket, but was fixed quickly and done just how i requested. perfect size for two people!”

“This cabin was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. This property is right in town and convenient to quickly get to the shops and attractions. My daughter and I had a wonderful time. ”

“We had such a nice stay. Was great to be able to bring the dogs. The trailer parking was perfect. Shower was good. Overall a very nice stay. One really nice surprise was the sense of community with the other renters. We got to know 3 other groups and spent time with them at the campfire, etc. We even brought one couple along for a boat ride with us. We will very likely be back. Hayward is such a nice community. ”

“This is a wonderful small cabin with a view of the lake! It was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed and the shower is top notch! We loved the decor and the Lake Superior ambiance. We would definitely return on a future trip to Two Harbors.”
