Nice walking path and gazebo. Marina is accessible and walkable. Owner of the condo is responsive and helpful. The condo was great. Oh! Call the Waterside Marina ahead of time to coordinate a slip rental or if you want to rent a boat. "

"My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised. There are not many places you can find that are located on pretty much level ground and on a quiet cove. We will definitely be returning any time the condo is available when we go down to visit our son and daughter-in-law."

"The place wasn’t clean, saw two roaches. The toilet downstairs was broke and wobbling. No light in the laundry room, mud in bathtub in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Blinds were all busted in one of the bathrooms and bedroom upstairs. Never had any access to the pool. "

The Inn at Apple Valley, Ascend Hotel Collection

10/10 Excellent

"This was our first time at Apple Valley and we were very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Rooms are super clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety of items. The coffee and hot cidar available 24/7 in the lobby were excellent. Both indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained, with the outdoor pool even including a lift for handicapped access and extra towels available poolside. Family friendly and close to most attractions without being in the heart of the traffic. They offered a discount coupon to iHop and are next door to the Apple Barn restaurant complex. Dont miss Big Daddy's Pizza a block away, if that fits your tastes. Will be back to the inn next time we are in the area. Our only suggestion would be more and better towels. "
