“Quiet location, in October, beautiful view of the ocean from front sliding glass doors and balcony. Great seafood restaurants nearby. Gorgeous sunrises & sunsets. Scott was very attentive to every text I sent & responded immediately. He included free snacks and a very clean unit. He left very detailed instructions regarding acess to unit, arrival & departure times, where to leave used linens & bedding, and where to place garbage bags upon leaving. “A great place in the island section at Hampton Beach. Completely updated and clean end unit condo with a slider to a great deck with oven views. The deck is mostly private, there’s a shared staircase with the upstairs neighbor. A stand alone conditioner in one bedroom which is enough too cool the unit during the day.
