“The home was wonderful and in a great location! We really enjoyed our stay ”

“The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. The hydronic system is centralized and they change from heat to cool with the seasons. That was a definite inconvenience but not a deal……

“Beautiful Cottage. My husband and his son had a lovely stay. The communication failed regarding the thermostar - App under control of owner. It was a cold spell, but they like the temp 68 degrees day and night. On the last day when i checked re comfort. He said it had been cold. The thermostat was at 58 degrees. If you need heat be sure to check tbe thermostat relects your request.”

“The apartment is industrial chic design just as pictures show. Much detail was given to make one feel as though you are in a very luxurious hotel, with extra items in the bath and plenty of coffee in the kitchen! The apartment was spotless as well. You are provided with a key fob/pass for entry to parking as well as the building, and a code for apartment entry. Both Jordan and Shante responded immediately to any requests and are definitely on top of their game. I would definitely stay here……

“The host was great, sent us check-in information days in advance.Being less than 10 minutes from the square was so helpful as we made multiple trips down there during our stay.The house was clean, in great condition, and a lot of space. There is a huge backyard that my son loved running around in. Smart tvs in each room so we could log into our streaming accounts. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal you bring. “We were not sent entry codes so phoned on arrival. Parking was expensive at $20 to $30 per day but was plentiful. I would not recommend parking outside the building though lots of spare off street parking was available because you would probably not have a car to collect on return. The area was full of people with dubious intent. We did not go out after dark. There was a lot of noise at night though and a lot of door banging. Sound insulation was not good. The property had missing items like……
