“First impressions were very underwhelming considering the beautiful homes and luxury apartments that surround the property. The property itself is lacking in landscaping and there was really nothing appealing about the looks of the building or property. The 2 bedroom unit that we stayed in was immaculately clean, but you can tell that it is an older building with no glitz or glam. “Really clean and comfortable. The cooking area was very small however although all the appliances were brand new. There was no room for using the kettle and air fryer. “Had a very enjoyable 5-night stay at the property when coming to town for a training session and charter fishing trip. Having a full size refrigerator and kitchen was very beneficial when you get a catch of Wahoo, Mahi and Tuna and have to keep them well cooled before you head home. (No way to do that effectively in a "hotel atmosphere") Mgmt staff were very responsive through texting when needed. Will definitely go back next time I am in town for another fishing charter or trip to the S.……

“Beautiful views from the pool area. Well kept grounds, and updated beautiful units. The only downside we experienced is a lack of elevators for the size of the tower. The waits for elevators often exceeded 20 minutes especially trying to go down in the late morning (around checkout time).”

“I was looking into staying in either Sunny Isle or Bal Harbour but ended picking this location instead as it looked very attractive and quiet, which is what we was looking for. I stayed Mon- Friday with my elder mother and adult son. The room itself was very pleasant, ultra clean, and all rooms were large enough. The staff were kind and amicable and service was good.
