“This is an old hotel where you can grab a drink at the beautiful lobby. However, the rooms are old. The bathroom was not clean. The tub had other people's hair. The actual room is just old. The breakfast was not good. ”

“The front desk staff is never very friendly. Been there several times and sometimes they don't even look at me and smiles are rare. I work for a hotel and this behavior is not acceptable.”

“Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. It was busy so extending your check out time was only available for Hyatt members. We did not ask for late check out in advance nor did we need it. Bed so comfortable. ”
