Comfy and cheap, tea and coffee provided, shared kitchen downstairs if you need it. Perfect location, nothing overly luxurious but would more than happily stay again

Convenient to the train station and relatively close to the bus station. We could not connect to the wifi and there was no coffee/tea in the room, but the room was clean. A good option if you’re on a tight budget.

The building is older but the place has been updated. It was a very nice kitchen and well stocked for preparing your own meals. 100m from the train station which was handy.

Location close to Kent station is convenient. Old rowhouse that needs more upkeep. Door #48 was so tight you had to throw your body at it to get it open. Don't get me wrong, for the price I expected funky, so I wasn't disappointed. They have a large kitchen with stove and fridge where you can prepare meals. Plumbing was fine, shower hot, linen and rooms were clean. Just need a little more attention to detail.

You get what you pay for. It is clean, yes, but there is visible signs of previous water damage on the bed's base (dark lines about 25mm from the bottom), the floor is uneven and at a slightly offsetting angle, paint is peeling up from several walls in the entrance foyer. The staff was helpful but basically told us "Here's the key, you're on your own". The kitchen is a common area where it appears effort was made to make it better, but, again, the water damage was evident. I don't know if it was a recent mishap, but it was definitely not the best impression, and the worst of the accommodations on our trip. Also, dodgy meetings in the streets in front of the property, being followed by people when walking at dusk, and overall low quality of maintenance in nearby restaurants really make you feel unsafe.

There is nothing good to say about this property! If you have a physical disability avoid it at all cost. There is no lift. The stairs are uneven as well as the floors itself.
