“We stayed at this location for A Day. We wanted plenty of space for our son to relax if he wanted to. There were two bedrooms on the top floor and one in the second floor.
When we entered the property, we had to walk up a flight of stairs to our rental. The space was nice and well kept, but I was surprised that some of the furniture in the pictures was not the same, in particular the large couch in the family room was replaced by a much smaller one.

“Property is shabby overall. Efforts have been made to update kitchen and bathroom vanity, but too little attention to making apartment enjoyable. “Coffee Bar” is a wooden organizer for K-cups and a Keurig, nothing special. Only 1 coffee mug in cabinets. Kitchen table is folding “bridge” table with metal folding chairs. Dishwashing soap was a refill container with no dispenser. Kitchen trash basket was the only one in entire apartment (no waste basket even in bathroom) and lid did not work……

“A very quiet cul de sac and a babbling brook in the back yard which was absolutely soothing. Street parking was tight but there was a small parking lot available close by. Beds were comfortable (pillows need upgraded though). Kitchen could use a few more plates and bowls. I cooked for 7 people. Towels (rough). A few upgrades and this place would be a five.”

“We had a great stay at Joseph’s home. The property was very clean, spacious, and well prepared for guests. My work team and I felt comfortable right away, and the house had everything we needed for both a productive and relaxing stay.Joseph was always kind, professional, and quick to respond, which made a big difference.
