This was our first time in Alta Badia and hotel col alto was perfect! The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The ski room made storing your equipment very easy and was well organized. The wellness center had lovely saunas and a nice pool/jacuzzi - just what you need after a day of skiing. Breakfast and dinner offered a variety of foods and everything was delicious! The only thing was that they didn’t offer tap water in the rooms, so we’d recommend stopping by the market to buy some water. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

molto bello!

Albergo molto bello, nuovo, ben curato, ottima atmosfera "alpina", personale cortese, cibo/colazione di qualità, spazi ampi ed adeguati, bella camera, spa completa; infine, ci hanno permesso di tenere le bici da corsa in camera/terrazza e benchè il check-out fosse previsto per le 10 del mattino ci hanno permesso di lasciare la stanza alle 14 senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Posizione perfetta per chi vuole partecipare al Sella Ronda Bike Day. Alcune note, che non cambiano fondamentalmente l'ottimo giudizio, ma hanno solo lo scopo di essere costruttive, considerato che non è un hotel alla portata di tutti: 1) nel bagno in camera avere un unico dispenser per bagnoschiuma, shampoo, sapone ecc...per un questo livello di hotel lo trovo "non in linea con lo standard elevato"; 2) nella spa ci dovrebbe essere qualcuno a controllare che nella zona relax venga rispettato un silenzio/tono di voce basso (invece c'era un casino di gente che letteralmente gridava...); 3) considerato che non ci sono TV nell'area comune (almeno io non l'ho vista), e quella sera c'era la partita di calcio dell'Italia, nella TV in camera non era memorizzato il canale italiano RAI SPORT HD, così ho dovuto vederla su una canale di lingua tedesca (considerato che le tv oggi possono memorizzare centinaia di programmi non vedo perchè limitarli).

albergo molto bello, camere nuove ed accoglienti, servizi eccezionali e buon ristorante. Unica pecca, la posizione, all'incrocio di una strada molto frequentata, con camere non insonorizzate… quindi rumorose, cosa che un po' spiacevole per un hotel in montagna.

Excellent stay in the Dolomites

Clean, spacious, comfortable room with both a bath and a shower. Lots of hot water. All staff were friendly and helpful. Bikes can be stored on a ski room. Good choice at breakfast buffet, including an omelette station. Pleasant swimming pool. Free parking around hotel. Lots of walks nearby.

Perfect views and hotel

Great hotel, every staff member we interacted with were lovely. Room with balcony with stunning views of mountains. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was extensive and included omelette bar. Also had lunch there and it was great too. Spent 2 evenings after dinner in their bar drinking whisky and rum from their very extensive menu. Overall a very relaxing stay.

Gepflegtes Hotel mit netter Armosphäre

Wir waren im Hotel für 1 Woche zum Skifahren. Top ist der Shuttle-Service zu den Gondeln und zurück ( da zu wenig Schnee für Ski-in) . Keine Wartezeiten. Personal / Servicekräfte sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Essen im Restaurant hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Lobby sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre um abends einen Drink zu nehmen. Einzig der Wellnessbereich hat nicht so zugesagt. Beschränkte Öffnungszeit nur 16.00 bis 19.00 Uhr, damit in der Zeit bis 18.00 Uhr recht voll und zu lärmig für echte Entspannung.

Hotel Col Alto är ett utmärkt hotell för sommaraktiviteter i Corvara. Stort plus för spa-avdelningen som är fantastisk efter en dags vandring eller cykling. Hotellet har monuntainbikes som vi fick låna gratis

TUTTO OTTIMO

Avevo prenotato online due camere standard e invece ci hanno fatto un regalino, assegnandoci due camere superior. Ma a parte questo, la valutazione é ottima su tutto: le due ragazze alla reception che si sono alternate sono state entrambe gentili e disponibili a darci consigli su sentieri ed escursioni, le camere erano molto pulite e ben attrezzate con asciugamani a volontà, shampoo, bagno schiuma, due phon, frigobar ecc, la colazione era varia, abbondante e ottima, la zona wellness é bellissima, grande, ben curata e la piscina é addirittura disponibile fin dalle 7 del mattino. La zona bar dell'hotel é una meraviglia, con il suo abbinamento rustico-moderno. Per me é da 10 e lode!

Albergo di buon livello, il personale è sempre stato gentile tranne quelli della reception. Pulite ed ben gestita la piscina e le saune. Di buon livello la prima colazione mentre la cena no (troppo cara rispetto alla qualità del cibo).

wenig begeistert. Eher schlecht. Essen so lala. Frühstücksbuffet z.B.: fast kein Obst, vor 10Uhr geht auch schon das Meiste zur Neige und wird nicht mehr aufgefüllt, Orangensaft = Zuckerwasser mit Geschmack. Ein weiches Ei oder gar ein Spiegelei: Fehlanzeige. Betten viel zu hart. Heizung im Zimmer liess sich nicht abstellen. W-Lan im Zimmer ging nicht. Wellness Bereich zählt auch nicht gerade zu den Highlights...

Gourmet meals on the piste

An excellent foodie area with 12 potential gourmet experiences on the slopes. Good snow in February and ski back to the hotel. Ideal resort for beginners / intermediates with some reasonable cruising. Black slope devotees would be bores but then there's plenty of opportunities on the Sella Ronda and adjoining valleys.
