"Gorgeous hotel. Spotless rooms and shared spaces. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Pool is stunning. Highly recommend. Only drawback is the big hill back up from the beach which is quite a hike. Only suggestion would be to have a regular bus going up and down the hill to the front, say every 30 minutes. There is a bus every hour but it goes straight to Playa Las Americas which is a fairway away to walk back to the hotel. Other than that brilliant place to stay. Highly recommend."

The room was incredible with a stunning view of the sea. The hotel had so much to do and both the breakfast and dinner had tons of options. Would definitely recommend staying here. "Can't beat it for the price! Spacious room.. a little outdated but spotless and comfy. Everything you need. Lovely views! The thing that really made it are the people. The staff in the paradise pool bar were the best! Nothing was ever a problem for them and you genuinely felt very welcome even when they were busy! Also the staff in the Romys bar upstairs and the entertainment staff were just fab. We only had one meal in Zacharys but the food was lovely! The hotel is located bit of a walk up the hill from the beach but it wasn't a problem for us. Taxi approx 5-6 euros from fanabe beach. The pool was freezing! But we were here end of November when the temps are lower than average. It would probably be quite refreshing in the summer months! Overall excellent! We will be back! "

"Gave the hotel 5 stars but can see why people give lower. Needs a major renovation. Plug sockets didn't work, tv broke etc but we was never in to nake it a problem."
