"House very nice though the bathrooms are small and the spiral staircase quite narrow and steep. We enjoyed the open layout, the very cool patios with fire pit, outdoor bathroom and private hot tub area. We did not use the glamping tent. Carey was responsive to our needs even though she was out of town. Thank you for making this special family time relaxing and fun! San Clemente is a great location to have as a hub. We were able to go to L.A., San Diego, Dana Point, and Catalina Island as well as...

"Perfect location on the beach...we didn't leave for anything but coffee and food. Staff was awesome and super attentive. We will be back. We did let the property management company know that there was a leak in the master bath water closet (looks like it had been going on for a while), the living room TV subwoofer speaker was blown and the phone in the master didn't work. Other than that, it was perfect."

"It was very nice apartment, looked brand new. Had lots of comfort items to make it feel like home. Little things that didn’t affect my rating: shower conditioner and body weren’t refilled for our stay so ran out on day 2; we were only given 2 days worth of coffee for a 4-day stay; the master shower and sink vomited up sewage and we had to get maintenance and cleaning to fix it which was a several hour process; the property was way too crowded, especially the pools. Otherwise we had a great time...

"Two adults and one teen stayed in this 1 bedroom apartment. We enjoyed easy access to the beach, to the grocery store, and beautiful downtown Laguna Beach. Perfect accomodations with beautiful views!"

"This property has several bungalows. We made our reservation 5 months in advance. Based on the unit pictures we assumed we would be staying in that particular bungalow. Upon check in, we were given a key to a very small, no ocean view room. Misrepresentation by VRBO, that was disappointing! The Manager worked his magic and we were able to move to a larger, ocean view bungalow. It had recently been renovated and was lovely."

"Clean and spacious accommodations. Great location for us as we’re back and forth between San Clemente and Mission Viejo. A tad noisy from PCH, but not too bad. Will book again"

"Property is comfortable, spacious and nicely upgraded. Great location, just a quick walk down to the Pier. Downside - communication with the management company, So Cal Villas, was very poor. 24 hours after vacating the property, which we left in stellar, tidy and clean condition, I have had $499 taken out of my bank account, when Marriot from So Cal confirmed that I had paid the rental amount in full."

"Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down...

"We didn't know what to expect but it is a beautiful facility. Sadly, the restaurant was closed during our stay but the room was spacious and clean. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have hoped but we did like that it had very comfortable furniture. Probably the star of the property is the garden, pool area. I really liked how much space there was to visit, play corn hole and grill."
